Multimoney App
MultiMoney is a fintech app that allows users in Costa Rica to access credit, manage savings in both colones and dollars, and grow their funds with competitive interest rates. I was originally part of the internal team at Financiera MultiMoney, and as a consultant, I collaborated with a new design team to revamp the previous version of the app.
Challenge
The challenge was to elevate the app’s user experience during a major redesign, ensuring continuity from the original concept while incorporating new design standards and business goals. It also required aligning multiple teams across mobile and web platforms under one cohesive brand.
Solution
To ensure a smooth transition, I led a collaborative workshop with the incoming UX/UI team to transfer product knowledge and strategic insights. I stayed involved throughout the redesign phase by reviewing flows, validating critical functionalities, and ensuring design quality and consistency. In parallel, I also collaborated on the creation of the MultiMoney web app, helping unify the brand experience across platforms.
Result
The outcome was a more robust, user-friendly mobile experience supported by a cohesive web platform. My contributions ensured the product retained its core value while evolving through a modern, scalable design system. High-fidelity mockups and collaborative design reviews led to a streamlined rollout that reflected both the business vision and user needs.
